Come and enjoy your stay in this bright and fresh one bedroom apartment, and enjoy the beautiful pool for your Puerto Morelos vacation. Each of these eight apartments have a very comfortable king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room, desk, Smart TV, A/C, and high speed fiber optic WIFI.
Located 100 meters/yards from the beach entrance and 2.5 km (1.5 mi) north of the town center.

APARTMENTS

These one bedroom apartments are a great choice for a relaxing vacation for couples or friends. The space is designed with an open concept living room that feels bright, fresh and spacious. 4 of the 8 apartments are located on the first floor with a relaxing garden/jungle view, or pool view, large windows and ample indoor and outdoor space. The other 4 apartments, newly built, are located on the second floor with a beautiful view of the pool and mangroves, or garden. Each apartment has a very comfortable king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room, smart tv, A/C, and WiFi. Outside we have a communal barbecue for grilling.

Each apartment has a private patio with table and chairs to sit outside, as well as a hammock to relax and read a book or take an afternoon nap. There are beach chairs that can be taken to the beach and sun loungers for use around the pool.

‍Payment and Deposite :

‍

A reservation is held when a 50% deposit is made  The balance is due 30 days  (1 month) prior to arrival.
If the reservation is for dates within 45 days of the arrival, the full amount is charged at time of booking.

Deposite .A security deposit will be required depending on the length of stay.

‍

Check-in / Check-out : Check-in time from 4pm (16h) - Check-out time from 11am (11h).

Cancelations policy (Please to read carefully):

60 days notice for a full refund, 30 days notice for a 50% refund. We encourage all guests to purchase cancellation and interruption insurance.

All reservations can be canceled with a full refund within 24 hours of booking unless the arrival date is within that 24 hour period.

By completing your booking you agree to the following rules;

We have a 2 person occupancy. We do not allow parties at Aqua Guesthouse. All guests must be registered with us.

Unauthorized guests are not welcome on the premises (you may make a request with us if you would like to invite someone onto the property).

Candles & incense are not permitted inside of apartments and smoking is not permitted on the property (as per the new smoking law in Mexico).

We do not accept pets. Children must be 12 years or older. We require an image of your passport photo page prior to arrival.
