This beautiful beachfront condo is located in a very small complex of only 3 units, it offers its own palapa for private use. You can relax, read and sunbathe. We also have designated pool area for our guests to relax, feel safe and enjoy their vacation.

Ocean front condo of 3 apartments, first floor, 1st and 2nd floor, each apartment has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms fully furnished and equipped, Common area with wifi suitable for working, each apartment has a gas barbecue. There is also a washer and dryer in each unit. All have exactly the same distribution, spectacular ocean view, private pool, grills, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, private beach with palapa, lounge chairs and kayak.

Very quiet and private location, only 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bike from the inclined lighthouse, supermarkets and stores.

The beach is sandy with no rocks or shells to make it difficult to get in the water. There is also a fantastic snorkel under the cement pier just across the street.

It has a capacity of up to 6 people per apartment, 18 people in the whole complex.
