This magnificent beach house and its swimming pool facing the sea, is composed of 3 beautiful independent and fully furnished and equipped apartments.

On the back side of the house we find 2 beautiful duplex studios of 50m2 with independent entrances. Each of them is equipped with a kitchen on the ground floor and a fully furnished living room with a view on the pool.

On the first level is the bedroom with bathroom and access to a private balcony overlooking the sea and the pool.

This apartment is part of a beach house of 3 separate apartments and its swimming pool facing the sea, with its independent entry for maximum privacy.

Located at only 7 minutes (by car or bike) form the center of Puerto Morelos Downtown and the bars and restaurants.

A very quiet and privative place it is the perfect place for your stay.

‍Payment and Deposite :

‍

(At the reservation) : 50% down payment

(1 week before the stay) : 50% (the 100% of the stay would be paid before the stay).

Deposite : $300.- USD (the deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after checking the condition of the accommodation and equipments).

Cleanings : The cleaning of the house is done once a week.

‍

Check-in / Check-out : Check-in time from 3pm (15h) - Check-out time from 12am (12h).

Cancelations policy (Please to read carefully):

‍

1) If the reservations are cancelled at least 30 days before the stay or within 48 hours of booking, the total amount of the reservation and the deposite will be returned to you without delay, minus the bank transfer fees.

‍

2) If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days up to 14 days prior the beginning of the stay, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be considered as due and the amount of the deposit will be returned to you without delay less the bank transfer fees.

‍

3) In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the stay, you will be charged the 100% of all nights and the amount of the deposit will be returned to you without delay less the bank transfer fees.

4) If the reservation is made less than 14 days in advance, there will be no refund for cancellation exepted the amount of the deposit that will be returned to you without delay less the bank transfer fees.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy

Only the following cases of force majeure will be accepted under this policy:

- Changes to government travel requirements

- Declared emergencies and epidemics

- Government travel restrictions

- Military actions and other hostilities

- Natural disasters

Air conditioning : Air conditioners must be turned off by guests when they leave the accommodations, otherwise an additional fee of $30.00 USD/week will be charged upon departure.
